Mediterranean Baked Fish

Based on a recipe from Taste of Home's Low-Carb Recipes. I couldn't find orange roughy when I made this and used halibut instead and loved it. The intro states, "The mouth-watering aroma of this herbed fish dish baking is sure to lure guests to your kitchen. It makes a lovely, colorful and delicious presentation." -- posted by mersaydees
