Creamy Garlic and Horseradish Sauce

This is a very creamy dipping sauce that's great for fried mushrooms and green beans...It's also great for baking with fish and chicken. Just cover meat in sauce and then top with panko breadcrumbs. -- posted by Not-a-Chef #1
